Q: How long does the credit purchase process take?

A: Once ASH LLC receives the signed purchase agreement and payment, the transaction can be completed and recorded with the USACE in one business day.

Q: What information do I need to purchase credit from ASH Mitigation Bank, LLC?

A: In order to complete your credit purchase we will need the following items:

  • The letter you received from the USACE show your permit number (MVN-2014-00000-AA) and the amount of credits required.
  • A signed copy of the purchase agreement (provided by ASH LLC).
  • Your preferred payment method (Electronic funds transfer, Cashier’s check, or Company/personnel check).
